This build cannot be installed from CD boot as is.
You must load the setup program using a different WinPE (Windows Preinstallation Environment).

Details:
While the build itself boots from CD fine, Setup silently fails shortly after launch. Thus, it is uninstallable from CD. Setup works fine when ran from a different WinPE, however.
