The iso is by default not bootable. A patch is included with this release
that modifies the ISO so it becomes fully bootable.

Differences between original ISO and patches ISO:

- Added \i386\System32\SMSS.EXE
- Added \i386\System32\NTDLL.DLL

Both files come from this release.
