To install it, remove or rename AppxSignature.p7x, 
Run PowerShell via CMD with "PowerShell -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass", 
Use cd "<directory>" to go to the game directory,
Then run "& {Add-AppxPackage -register -path AppxManifest.xml}"

If you get an error about not having Developer mode enabled, go to Updates & Security and inside the For Developers tab enable Developer mode.

To prevent it from complaining about updates, in AppxManifest.xml edit Version="1.114.4592.2" to some higher number like Version="1.999.4592.2"
