This build has 4.00.950C in system properties, like 1132 does.

Also command.com says 4.00.1048.

In fact the only reference to "1107" i've seen is three files with that version
number.

Those files are kernel32.dll, spoolss.dll and krnl386.exe

However, the original leakers (PWA) when preing this to the scene labeled it
1107 so that is what I shall label this releak.
