This is Polish edition of Driver (2000) - a PC game
by GT Interactive / Infogrames / Atari,
 fully translated by CD Projekt.

Not sure what the date is, because on the cd it
says 2000, in the manual it says it has every patch
included as of 2004, and English edition is from 1999.

In the logs it says:
"Read data examination error at: 207277", even though
I dumped using Precision - High preset. 
The game installs and reads fine without any problems.
